Charlotte WARME is a legal professional with extensive experience in labor law and human resources. Currently serving as Responsable P么le Social UES at Groupe Oui Care since April 2020, Charlotte previously worked as a Juriste at UIMM from September 2016 to April 2020 and as a Juriste en Droit Social at O2 CARE SERVICES from June 2011 to August 2016. In these roles, Charlotte provided daily legal counsel to HR teams and management, handled individual cases involving disciplinary procedures and contract termination, drafted responses to various stakeholders, prepared legal cases, managed employee representation institutions, and conducted audits and training on labor law. Charlotte holds a Master 2 in Labor Law and Social Law from Universit茅 de Reims Champagne-Ardenne, completed in 2012.
