Ms. Goh Min Yen was appointed as an Independent Director on 1 January 2022. She also serves as a member of the Nominating Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
Ms. Goh is currently the managing director of Eng Wah group, a position she has held since 1994. The group’s business spans across real estate, hospitality, investment and lifestyle entertainment businesses in Singapore. The group manages a portfolio of brands that include WE Cinemas, Hotel Fort Canning, Jubilee Square, 321 Clementi and The Legends Fort Canning Park. Eng Wah was previously listed on the SGX-ST before it was privatised in 2008.
