Melissa Man has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in product development, packaging design, and graphic design. Melissa most recently worked as a Manager of Technical Product Development at OUAI. Prior to that, they held the role of Product Development Manager at LALICIOUS, where they were responsible for translating industry and beauty trends into product concepts and leading new product development. Before that, they were a Packaging Development Manager at Olivia Care, where they oversaw packaging designs and managed vendor relationships for seasonal product launches. Melissa also worked as a Trims Graphic Designer at BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP, where they supported the design team and created designs using Adobe Creative Software.

Melissa Man obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Design from California State University, Long Beach, where they studied from 2011 to 2014.
