Kristie Stevens possesses a strong background in social work, with over a decade of experience in various roles within the mental health and wellness field. Currently serving as Program Coordinator and School-Based Therapist at Ouachita Behavioral Health and Wellness since August 2015, Kristie also holds the position of Lead Therapist at the Walk-in Clinic from May 2019. Prior experience includes serving as a Medical Social Worker at Dierksen Memorial Hospice and a Mental Health Professional at The Pointe. Kristie began the career as a Mental Health Therapist at Birch Tree Communities, Inc. Kristie earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2012 and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Social Work from the University of Louisiana Monroe in 1993.
