Beau Rabedeaux currently serves as the Assistant Activities Director at Ottumwa Community School District and as the Vice President of Oskaloosa Indoor Sports Complex, both positions held since early 2024. In addition, Beau Rabedeaux operates Rabedeaux Baseball Instruction LLC, where high-level instruction and coaching are provided to youth, high school, and collegiate baseball players in South Central Iowa. Previous experience includes roles as an Academic Advisor and Adjunct Professor at Indian Hills Community College, Assistant Baseball Coach and Housing Coordinator at Southwestern Community College, and other coaching positions at North Iowa Area Community College and William Penn University. Beau Rabedeaux earned a Master’s Degree in Business Leadership from William Penn University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Fitness Administration with a Coaching Minor from the University of Jamestown.
