Batel Ben Naim currently serves as Welfare Manager at Ottopia since April 2024 and as Employee Experience Manager at Panaya since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Employee Experience Specialist and PA at Similarweb from December 2021 to August 2023, and Professional Coordinator and History Teacher at Roei Kariv Private High School from April 2018 to December 2021. Batel also worked as a Flight Attendant at EL AL Israel Airlines and as a Pilates Instructor at a personal studio. Additionally, experience includes serving as Security Supervisor for the Israeli Aviation Authority and Museum Educator for the Israeli Ministry of Defense. Educational qualifications comprise a Bachelor of Education from The Open University of Israel, a Bachelor of Arts in History and Middle-Eastern Studies from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, and a Diploma of Education in Yoga Teacher Training/Yoga Therapy from The Academic College at Wingate.
