Frank Van Gool is the current CEO of OTTO Work Force. Prior to this, they were the Commercial Director at Scherpenhuizen bv from January 1998 to September 2000. Scherpenhuizen is a company specializing in importing and exporting, wholesale packaging, storage and distribution of vegetables, fruits and exotics. For 40 years, Scherpenhuizen has been working hard to meet the needs of its customers. Starting out as a traditional auction buyer, Scherpenhuizen has since developed into a modern fresh produce supplier, delivering a full range of green products with a high degree of customer orientation.

Before Scherpenhuizen, Van Gool worked at Gemeente Rotterdam from 1996 to 1997. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing policies related to employment and housing for migrant workers. Frank also worked at Legends Lounge from 1994 to 1995, where they managed a team of bartenders and servers.

Van Gool began their career at KAFRA Housing in 1992, where they worked as a property manager. Frank then moved on to Het Kenniscentrum Arbeidsmigranten in 1993, where they did research on the employment of migrant workers in the Netherlands.

In their current position as CEO of OTTO Work Force, Van Gool is responsible for overseeing the company's operations and ensuring its continued success. Under their leadership, OTTO Work Force has become one of the leading providers of temporary staffing solutions in the Netherlands.

Frank Van Gool's educational career began at the Maaslandcollege, where they studied horticulture. Frank then went on to study at the HAS University of Applied Sciences, where they specialized in horticulture.
