Julia Edina Alb is currently serving as a Wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft at Otto-von-Guericke-Universität Magdeburg since October 2024, working within the Chair of Behavioral International Management. Previously, Julia was a Werkstudentin at SpinLab - The HHL Accelerator from September 2022 to September 2024, focusing on the Womenture Pre-Acceleration Programme, where responsibilities included planning and moderating workshops and events. Julia also held the position of Werkstudentin in the Studienberatung at Otto-von-Guericke-Universität Magdeburg from May 2022 to September 2022, providing personalized consultations and promoting the university at various events. Earlier experience includes working at Investitionsbank Sachsen-Anhalt in 2021 on the Corona-Hilfen support management and completing an internship at Douglas from September 2019 to April 2020, where duties involved sales and customer relationship management. Julia is pursuing a Master of Science in Business Economics at Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg, expected to be completed in September 2026, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from the same institution, obtained in September 2024.
