Konstantin Dronov is a Project Engineer at Otto Construction since December 2016, currently managing the Powerhouse Science Center project valued at $39,000,000. Responsibilities include assisting with RFIs and ensuring compliance with contract documents and building standards through collaboration with architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Prior experience includes a Project Engineering Intern role at Otto Construction on the Spring Lake Elementary project, where tasks involved maintaining RFI files, tracking costs, and supporting documentation processes.
