Mary Ludford is an experienced corporate leader with a strong background in security, operations, and customer service. Currently serving as a Board Member for Otter Tail Corporation since January 2023, Mary previously held various senior roles at Exelon, including Deputy Chief Security Officer, where responsibilities encompassed Business Continuity Services, Security Analysis, and Governance. As Vice President of Corporate Operations at Exelon, Mary managed project operations across IT, Supply, Security, and Real Estate. Additionally, Mary served as Chief Audit Executive, overseeing internal audit and financial control activities, and as Vice President of Smart Grid/Smart Meter at PECO Energy, leading the deployment of advanced technology. Mary began their career at Exelon/PECO Energy as VP Customer Operations, managing customer financial operations. Mary holds an MBA in Finance from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago and a BS in Accounting from Western Illinois University.
