Lisa Flint is an experienced sales and business development leader with a career spanning over three decades, currently serving as Director - SMB at Otter Products since February 2022. In this role, Lisa has spearheaded the company's expansion into the EDU/GOV sector and achieved continued growth in the SMB channel, leveraging the Otter Business Solutions eCommerce platform. Prior to this position, Lisa held various roles at Otter Products including Sr Channel Sales Manager, where responsibilities included managing strategic partner relationships and overseeing B2B sales initiatives. Lisa also established a new education sales channel as a Business Development Specialist and maintained key OEM relationships as a Business Development Executive. Earlier experience at YRC included serving as an Account Executive, where Lisa excelled in building long-term B2B relationships. Lisa Flint earned a BS in Business/Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado.
