Shannon Jones currently serves as an Account Manager for Premium and Group Sales at the Ottawa Senators Hockey Club, a position held since September 2019, following a role as Coordinator in Corporate Partnerships. Previously, Shannon gained experience as a Community and Youth Hockey Development Intern at MLSE from May to August 2019. Earlier career development included various positions at Strathmore from May 2015 to September 2018, including Project Manager, Crew Leader, and Crew Member. Shannon holds a Bachelor's degree in Honours Sport Management from Brock University (2016-2020), participated in an International Exchange program at the University of Kentucky in 2018-2019, and earned a Diplôme d'études collégiales in Health Sciences from Dawson College (2014-2016).
