Clem Poupart has been with Ottawa International Airport Authority since December 2003, holding various managerial positions in groundside and airfield operations as well as project management. Prior to this, Clem worked as a Civil Technician at J.L. Richards & Associates Limited. Clem obtained a Diploma in Survey/Engineering from Northern College of Applied Arts and Technology. Clem completed secondary education at Ecole Secondaire Thériault.
