Nasim Khatibsemnani is an accomplished professional in the fields of public health and policy research, currently serving as an Equity Analyst and Policy Researcher at the Public Health Agency of Canada since January 2017. Concurrently, Nasim works as a Research Trainee at the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute and has held various academic roles, including Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at the University of Ottawa since September 2012. Previous experience includes a Research Assistant position at the Canadian Institutes of Health Research and clinical roles such as General Practitioner at Red Crescent Hospital. Nasim's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Population Health and a Master's degree in Women's Studies from the University of Ottawa, as well as a Doctor of Medicine from Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences.
