Nicole Mikhael is an experienced professional in both clinical research and fitness instruction. Currently serving as a Clinical Research Associate in Neurosurgery at The Ottawa Hospital since October 2015 and as a Group Fitness Instructor for the City of Ottawa since February 2016, Nicole has a diverse background in medical affairs and research coordination across various specialties, including oncology and cardiology. With a strong educational foundation, including a B.Sc. in Biology and Physiology from the University of Ottawa and certifications as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor from CanFit Pro, Nicole combines healthcare expertise with a passion for fitness and wellness.
