Marissa Malaquias is a Service Desk Analyst 2 at the City of Ottawa, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Marissa served at Ottawa Public Health as both a Program Administrative Assistant and Data Verification Lead from March 2021 to July 2023. Experience also includes serving as Administrative and Communications Coordinator for the Commonwealth Leaders Dialogue Canada and The Duke of Edinburgh's Commonwealth Study Conference - Canada in 2021. In 2020, Marissa was the Office Manager at Enviro Painting and facilitated Bystander Workshops at the University of Windsor from January 2019 to January 2020. Earlier experience includes a role as Student Office Assistant at Stipic Weisman LLP in 2015. Marissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science, with a focus on Psychology and Criminology, from the University of Windsor, completed in December 2019.
