Luc Lavigne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain operations and procurement. Currently serving as a Contracting Officer for the City of Ottawa since February 2022, Luc previously held key positions at Tenaquip, where responsibilities included Product Manager and Associate Category Manager, and at Wajax as a Buyer. Throughout these roles, Luc has focused on maintaining inventory levels, enhancing product flow, consolidating purchasing needs, and reducing acquisition costs while developing strong partnerships with suppliers. Educational qualifications include a degree in Supply Chain Operations Management from Concordia University and a degree in Social Science Commerce from CEGEP - John Abbott College.
