Greni Guarda is a skilled project manager with extensive experience in infrastructure construction and rehabilitation projects. Currently employed by the City of Ottawa since June 2019, Greni manages total project delivery and oversees multiple project phases from inception to consultant selection. Prior experience includes roles as Field Engineer Coordinator for the Stage 2 Light Rail Transit project, Field Engineer at OLRT Constructors, and Project Cost Analyst Coordinator at Clearford Industries Inc. Greni's educational background includes a Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Water Resources from Carleton University, a Civil Engineering Technology diploma from Algonquin College, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de La Frontera.
