Fatema Chowdhury is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in service and management roles. Currently serving as a Service Representative for the City of Ottawa since June 2023, Fatema has also been a Restaurant Manager at Kettlemans Bagel since August 2019, where strategic initiatives led to a 10% increase in sales and improved customer satisfaction. Previous experience includes roles at Hudson's Bay as a Store Administrator and Sales Associate, where inventory management and exceptional customer service were vital responsibilities. Fatema’s career began with instruction in high school chemistry at Maple Leaf International School Dhaka. Educational credentials include diplomas in Environmental Studies and Accounting from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
