Dave Richardson has over 17 years of experience in procurement and contract administration within municipal services. Currently serving as Coordinator, Purchasing & Contract Administrator at Ottawa Fire Services since February 2006, responsibilities include generating specifications and sourcing qualified vendors for high-value purchases, as well as compiling and distributing RFQs for fire service equipment and supplies. Prior to this role, Dave worked as a Buyer at City of Ottawa Supply Management from August 2001 to February 2006, where duties involved creating RFQ, RFT, and RFSO documents for various city departments, including transit and maintenance services. Dave holds an education from St. Lawrence College.
