Brian Simpson, PMP, MPA, has extensive experience in public sector management, primarily with the City of Ottawa since 2000. Currently serving as the Manager of Water Utility Customer Service and previously as Program Manager for Water Distribution Operations, Brian has spearheaded new technology initiatives, business requirements development, and project management. Previous roles include Economic Development Officer and Business Analyst, where Brian provided financial analysis and facilitated stakeholder engagement. Brian holds a Master of Public Administration from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Ottawa.
