Thiago Zwirtes is a Manufacturing Process Engineer at OTT HydroMet since September 2021, with a prior role as a Production Engineer at Hexion Inc from June 2014 to March 2019, where responsibilities included production routines, process improvements, maintenance scheduling, and new product introductions while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across Europe and the US. Thiago began their career as an intern at BASF from January 2011 to June 2012 in the Global Environmental and Consumer Safety Laboratory, focusing on sample preparation, chemical analysis, and process optimization. Thiago holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemical Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, earned from 2007 to 2012.
