Stephen Copus, CCWP, currently serves as Senior Director of Corporate Strategic Sourcing and Senior Director of Flexible Workforce at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.) since February 2020, having previously worked in various roles including Director and Associate Director of Flexible Workforce. Prior experience includes positions at Accenture from December 2015 to February 2020, where Stephen held the role of Procurement Category Manager and was the North America Contingent Labor Practice Lead. Prior to Accenture, Stephen worked at Kforce Inc. as Market Manager, at SEER Interactive in Business Development, and at Robert Half Technology as Division Director, among other roles. Stephen holds a BA (Hons) in Sport Development and Coaching from Northumbria University, earned from 2000 to 2003.
