Claire Callue has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Claire began their career as a Pharmacy Placement Student at GlaxoSmithKline in 2004 and later worked as a Pharmacy Pre-Registration Student at Pfizer in 2005. Claire then moved on to Alliance Boots, working as a Pharmacist and later as a Locum Pharmacist from 2006 to 2007. In 2009, Claire became a Trainee Solicitor at Baker & McKenzie, where they worked until 2011. Claire then joined Kirkland & Ellis as an Intellectual Property Associate from 2011 to 2014. Claire then transitioned into the pharmaceutical industry and worked as a Legal Counsel at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies Europe from 2014 to 2016.
