Irina Lada is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in debt management and financial operations. Currently serving as the Head of Debt Management Directorate at OTP banka Srbija since April 2019, Irina previously held the position of Deputy Director for Troubled Assets Management at Vojvodjanska banka from June 2013 to April 2019. Earlier career highlights include roles as Managing Director and Operations Director at EOS Matrix, as well as an Auditor at Ernst & Young, and a PBA at Germanos. Irina holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Cotrugli Business School, completed in 2012, and a degree from Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódij' vo Skopje, obtained in 2002.
