Reglendi Xhango is an experienced cybersecurity and IT infrastructure professional with a career spanning over two decades. Since May 2008, Reglendi has served at Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania, progressing to the role of Head of Security and Business Continuity Management Department, while also functioning as an Information Security Officer and Cybersecurity Professional, focusing on implementing and maintaining IT security solutions. Prior experience includes positions at Albanian Business Communication as a Systems and Network Engineer and Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed developing and maintaining complex network infrastructures and providing level 3 support. Earlier roles include serving as a SysAdmin IT Officer at Catholic Relief Services Albania, responsible for managing ICT infrastructure. Reglendi holds an engineering degree in Telecommunications from Universiteti Politeknik i Tiranës.
