Elsa Prifti has a substantial background in finance and banking, with over three decades of experience across various institutions. Currently, Elsa serves as the Head of Sector Operation Division, Help Desk and Quality at OTP Bank Albania since January 2019. Prior to this, Elsa held multiple roles at Société Générale from December 2008 to January 2019, including Head of Section in Helpdesk and Quality and Business Analyst in various areas such as loans, finance, and accounting. Early career experience includes positions as Chief of Department of Finance at the Development Fund of Mountainous Areas and Payment Specialist at Western Union, among others. Elsa began a professional journey in finance as an Accountant at Banka e kursimeve, following a foundational role as a Financial Specialist at a cement factory. Academic qualifications include a degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Tirana.
