Richard Heck, PMP, CSM, serves as the VP of Data Management and Sr. Data Architect at Otis Educational Systems, Inc. since December 2020, focusing on educational data models and Azure cloud implementations. Previously, Richard held roles including Lead Developer/Data Architect at SPH Analytics, where responsibilities included building healthcare quality measure products, and Lead Data Management Consultant at Otis Educational Systems, Inc., managing data warehousing solutions for government education systems. Richard also contributed to athenahealth in various senior technology management positions, leading projects related to device integration and business intelligence implementations. Early career experience includes roles at PRGX as a Sr. Business Information Analyst and at Turner Broadcasting as a Documentation Engineer/Database Analyst. Richard earned a BS in Computer Science from Kennesaw State University in 2003.
