Marta Blanco currently serves as the Global Subcon Governance Lead for Otis Elevator Co., a position held since 2019, where leadership is provided for Field Subcontracted Services across EMEA, APAC, and China. Additional roles at Otis include Sr Mgr, Supply Chain Transformation Lead, and Senior Manager, Procurement, focusing on strategic initiatives and supplier negotiations within significant budget portfolios. Prior to Otis, Marta worked at Grimshaw Architects as an Architect and Business Development Manager, leading major projects such as the HS2 Manchester Piccadilly Station and developing business strategies across the UK market. Education includes an ongoing MBA at Imperial College Business School and various degrees in Architecture from prestigious institutions including the University of Edinburgh and Universidad CEU San Pablo.
