Fabian Casper is an experienced professional in Total Rewards and Payroll management, currently serving as the Manager of Total Rewards for Central Europe at Otis Elevator Co. since July 2023. Prior to this role, Fabian held multiple positions at Lumileds from August 2017 to July 2023, including Manager of Performance & Rewards, where responsibilities included overseeing the Annual Compensation Review, Performance Cycle, Long-Term Care Insurance (LTCI), International Mobility, Global Payroll, and Business Transformation initiatives. Earlier in the career, Fabian worked as a Coordinator for Global Payroll & International Mobility, and as a Payroll Specialist at VEDA GmbH from September 2012 to August 2017.
