Pamela Youngberg is a seasoned professional with a background in project management and coaching. Youngberg has held various managerial roles at OTIP (Ontario Teachers Insurance Plan) including Program Manager, Vendor Manager, and Corporate Project Manager. In addition, coaching experience includes positions at the Kitchener-Waterloo Skating Club and Ice-Tech Training Centre. Youngberg also served as Director of Finance for the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) in the Canada East Region. Educational credentials include a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute and a Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (HBBA) degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
