Dean Colby is an experienced hospitality and management professional with a significant career in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Banquet Captain at Otesaga Resort Hotel since May 2013, Dean leads front-of-the-house teams in providing fine dining experiences and overseeing service at prestigious events. Previous roles include General Manager at Ponderosa Steakhouse and McDonald's Corporation, where Dean managed substantial sales operations. Additionally, Dean has experience in graphic design as the owner of D & Y Graphic Designs and as Advertising & Graphics Director for Backyard Publications. Dean began a career in operations management at Colby Engraving Corp. and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban and Regional Planning from SUNY Oneonta.
