Jørgen Ellebye has extensive experience in supply chain and operations management, currently serving as a Senior S&OE Manager at Oterra since May 2021, overseeing S&OE meetings and optimizing delivery performance. Prior to this role, Jørgen spent over two decades at Chr. Hansen in various senior supply chain positions, where responsibilities included global optimization projects, supporting multiple producing sites across the Americas, and ensuring delivery performance while managing inventory levels. Jørgen's career began in freight forwarding, with positions at LEMAN International, DB Schenker, and Bech-Hansen & Studsgaard. Jørgen holds a Bachelor of Science in Global Supply Chain Management from Copenhagen Business School and has completed a Freight Forwarder degree from The Danish Freight Forwarders Association.
