Emanuele Tesauri is an experienced production manager with a strong background in the food industry, currently serving as Plant Production Manager at Oterra since January 2020, specializing in natural colorants for food. Since January 2015, Emanuele has held the position of Production Director at Newlat/Heinz Italia/Plasmon, overseeing production operations in a baby food manufacturing facility, managing approximately 100 staff, and coordinating production schedules while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Previously, from February 2008 to January 2015, Emanuele was responsible for maintenance at a baby food production plant, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with safety and environmental standards while managing a team of 24 maintenance personnel. Emanuele holds a Diploma di Geometra from Istituto tecnico per Geometri "Camillo Rondani."
