Reetta Huusko has work experience as an Interior journalist, photograph assistant, and intern at Otavamedia starting in August 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a librarian at Vallila's library starting in June 2016. Their earliest work experience was as a journalist intern at Voima and Fifi in March 2011.

Reetta Huusko began their education in 2010 when they enrolled in the Open University of Jyväskylä. During their time there, they focused on Journalism as their field of study. In the same year, they also attended the Community school of Helsinki to further explore Journalism.

Reetta's education then saw a gap before they continued their studies in 2015. Reetta joined the Helsinki Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, specifically the Metropolia Ammattikorkeakoulu, and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Textile Design. Their studies in this field lasted until 2019, indicating that they successfully completed their degree.
