Robert Bogusz currently serves as the National Sales Manager PL/Operations EU at OSW since July 2023, following a tenure as Account Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Team Leader at 99 Bikes from July 2021 to July 2023. Between January 2015 and September 2021, Robert held the position of Senior Store Manager at Coles, responsible for overseeing a supermarket with $60 million in annual sales. Previous roles at Woolworths Supermarkets included Store Manager, where management of supermarket operations and profit maximization were key responsibilities, as well as various positions focused on customer service. Robert holds several certifications in Retail Management and Store Operations from Woolworths and Cleveland Secondary College.
