Espen Holtan is an accomplished musician and cultural advisor with extensive experience in the music industry and cultural development. Currently serving as a bassist for Westby Bluesband and AG3 since 2005 and 1995 respectively, Espen has held various roles in cultural management, including International Advisor and Head of Young Culture Department at Østfold fylkeskommune since 2013, and Kulturkonsulent at Halden kommune from 2004 to 2013.
