Katja Rajala is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational roles. Currently serving as the Chairman of Suomen Yrittäjänaiset and the CEO of InnoPop, Katja specializes in coaching individuals and businesses to improve their daily lives and work environments. Additional roles include Vice Chairman of the Österbottens välfärdsområde, Chair of the Economic Policy Committee for Suomen Yrittäjät ry, and various positions within the Vaasa City Council and Board. Katja has previously held HR management responsibilities at Lemonsoft Oyj and has leadership experience in diverse organizations such as Silver Kodit Oy and Finhow International Education Ltd. with a focus on developing Finnish early childhood education concepts. Katja holds a Master of Administrative Sciences from the University of Vaasa.
