Stian S. Waage is currently the COO at Østensjø Rederi, a position held since 2022. Previously, they served in various roles at the same company, including Fleet Manager for Accommodation and Offshore Wind, and Marine Advisor, from 2020 to 2022. Stian's earlier experience includes serving as Chief Operations Officer at Edda Accommodation from 2018 to 2020. Stian holds a Bachelor of Nautical Science from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor in Navigation from Høgskulen på Vestlandet.
