Doina Gumene is a legal professional with extensive experience in the finance and banking sectors. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at OSSIAM since December 2022, Doina has previously held the position of Juriste Droit financier at Aviva Investors from April to September 2022 and worked as Juriste Bancaire at Moldindconbank from September 2009 to November 2019. Doina's academic qualifications include a Diplôme d'Université in Compliance from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University (January 2022 - December 2022), an LL.M in French, European, and International Business Law (September 2021 - May 2022), and a Diplôme Supérieur d'Université in Civil Law (September 2020 - July 2021). Additionally, Doina holds a Master 2 in Economic Law and a Licence in Law with a specialization in International Trade Law from Universitatea de Studii Europene din Moldova.
