Martina Mauri currently serves as the Director of the EdTech Observatory at Politecnico di Milano and holds multiple roles including Director of HR Innovation Practices Observatory and Senior Researcher at the Osservatorio HR Innovation Practice & Smart Working, focusing on HR consultancy and research. Prior to current roles, Martina worked as an Educator for the Comune di Oggiono, providing academic support to elementary school students. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from MIP Politecnico di Milano, a Master's degree in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Management from Politecnico di Milano, supplemented by studies at Universidad de Sevilla.
