Halley Vlasak has had a varied work experience. Halley began their career in 2011 as a Sales Associate at TJ Maxx. In 2012, they worked as a Server at The Wilderness Bar and Grill, where they developed their public speaking skills and worked both independently and as part of a team. In 2013, they became an Associate at Fitness for $10, where they were responsible for greeting members and filing insurance claims. In 2015, they moved to Sun Country Airlines as a Flight Attendant and Air Transportation Supervisor, ensuring the safety of passengers and providing customer service. Finally, in 2018, they became an Accountant at Osprey Medical, where they were responsible for issuing invoices and payments, overseeing diverse accounting functions, collecting and reconciling bank statements, and communicating with employees, vendors, and clients.

Halley Vlasak attended Minnesota State University, Mankato from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Human Resource Management degree and an Associate of Arts (A.A.) Bachelors in Human Resource Management with a field of study in Business Management. Halley also holds a CPR certification.
