Javier has built his experience leading compliance and data analytics projects in multiple companies such as Standard Chartered Bank and Standard & Poor's. Over the last few years, heās advised on blockchain projects and AML best practices. He is a contributing author to the āThe RegTech Bookā and holds an MSc. in Engineering from the University of Tokyo, having studied as a visiting scholar at Imperial College London, Department of Computing.
