Ole Kersten is a Learning & Development Manager at OSP – Otto Group Solution Provider since November 2024 and has served as a part-time faculty lecturer in Human Resources Management and Learning & Development at Pädagogische Hochschule Ludwigsburg since April 2021. Prior to these roles, Ole was a Senior People Coach at Haufe Akademie from March 2019 to November 2024, where responsibilities included managing the employee life cycle and driving people and organizational development initiatives. With extensive teaching experience, Ole was recognized as Germany's Teacher of the Year while working at Berufliches Schulzentrum Waldkirch and has a strong educational background with multiple degrees in educational leadership, pedagogy, and languages from institutions such as Pädagogische Hochschule Ludwigsburg and The University of Freiburg.
