Neil Mitchell Assoc CIPD is an experienced Director at Osmii, where since April 2011, Neil has focused on permanent recruitment and services such as embedded staffing and employer of record, particularly in the climate and clean technology sectors. Prior to Osmii, Neil served as a Senior Consultant for ConSol Partners and Manager at Emerald Technology, recruiting for prominent US tech vendors in the EMEA region. Neil began their career as a Sales Executive at Specialist Computer Centres, contributing to the establishment of an SMB division. Neil holds a 2:1 degree in Management and Marketing from the University of Central Lancashire.
