Stanislaus Otieno is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and customer service management. Currently serving as the Head of ICT & Customer Service at Osho Chemical Industries Ltd since October 2007, Stanislaus defines strategic business direction to enhance customer experience while successfully launching and executing multiple projects. Previously held positions include Head of ICT & Supply Chain Management, where Stanislaus optimized supply chain operations and established effective data security measures, Operations Manager with a focus on system management and IT infrastructure deployment in Uganda and Tanzania, and Information Communication Technology Manager, responsible for developing key ICT policies and procedures. Prior experience at TATA Africa Holdings (Kenya) Ltd and Marshalls (E.A) Ltd solidified expertise in planning and executing IT functions, including staff management and operational strategy.
