Ester Shabani is an experienced environmental specialist currently employed at OSHEE - Operatori i Shpërndarjes së Energjisë Elektrike since September 2022. Prior to this role, Ester worked at Drejtoria rajonale e Tiranes OSHEE as a specialiste dispeceria from November 2020 to September 2022 and briefly held the position of Specialiste e privatizimit te objekteve minerare at Albkrom sh.a in October 2020. Ester also gained practical experience through an internship at Telekom Albania in July and August 2019. Educationally, Ester holds a Master's degree in Energy Management and Systems Technology/Technician from the Polytechnic University of Tirana (2018-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering from the Faculty of Geology and Mining (2015-2018).
