Blerta I. has a strong background in human resources with experience in various roles. From 2017 onwards, they served as the Director of the Human Resources Department at OSHEE, where they were responsible for organizing training programs, updating job requirements, and evaluating employee work performance. Prior to that, they worked at CEZ Shperndarje sh.a. in different positions such as Human Resources Management Specialist, HR Planning & Career Management Human Resources Specialist, and Staff Administration Human Resources Specialist. In these roles, Blerta was involved in drafting employee contracts, job analyzing, writing job descriptions, implementing training programs, and maintaining employee records. Blerta started their career as a Procurement Specialist at Operatori i Sistemit te Shperndarjes sh.a. Overall, Blerta has a diverse range of HR experience in various sectors.
Blerta I. completed their education at various institutes in the field of law and gender equity. Blerta began their academic journey by obtaining a Second Level Degree in Law from Luarasi University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Afterwards, from 2008 to 2010, they pursued a more advanced degree, obtaining an LLM in Constitutional and Administrative Law from the European University of Tirana. Blerta'seducational pursuits did not end there, as they recently completed a Certificate in the Gender Equity Executive Leadership Program at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business from 2020 to 2022.
