Shelton Williams is the President of the Osgood Center for International Studies, where short courses on leadership, international affairs, and foreign policy are offered. Additionally, Shelton Williams serves as an Emeritus Professor at Austin College and has been an Advisory Board Member at the National Collegiate Conference Association. Previously, worked at the U.S. Department of State as a Visiting Fellow, focusing on the NPT Review and Extension Conference and the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty. Shelton Williams holds a PhD in International Relations from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
