Laura Z. is an experienced project manager and social educator with a strong background in child and youth services. Currently serving as a project manager at OSEO Vaud since April 2023, Laura Z. is responsible for developing and implementing a music instrument library project for a professional integration association. Simultaneously, Laura Z. works as a social educator in a forest environment at Point Nature, providing preschool care for children aged 2 to 5. Previous roles include leading the childhood, youth, and social cohesion service at the Commune de Prangins and community social work with AVASAD, supporting young individuals in public spaces. Laura Z. has also worked at a specialized teaching center for children with developmental disorders. Educational qualifications include a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Team Management and Project Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work with a focus on social education, both from HES-SO Haute école spécialisée de Suisse occidentale.
